重庆足球的传承与未来：黄希扬独领风骚，昔日球星纷纷退役

罗笛：扎根青少年体育

对于上世纪90年代就开始看球的重庆老球迷来说，1978年出生的罗笛是一个绕不开的名字。他作为重庆体工队培养出来的一名本土球员，曾先后效力于重庆渝海、嘉陵、前卫寰岛（原名为隆鑫）、力帆以及湖南湘军，并在2000年随球队夺得足协杯冠军。2004年，他选择27岁时退役，这让不少忠实粉丝感到惋惜。

2020年，罗笛重返公众视野，当时他参加了由 重庆力帆俱乐部组织的夺冠20周年庆祝活动，与球迷分享当年的艰辛历程与小故事。此外，他还参与了川渝地区足球公益联谊赛等活动。

记者近期联系到了罗笛，他表示目前主要从事青少年体育培训工作。“我自2018年以来便致力于青训事业，与西班牙教练合作开展夏令营，还去过西藏昌都进行足球援助。”谈及未来规划时，罗笛坚定地说：“身为一名受益于家乡培育的人，我希望通过推广青少年运动来继续推动当地足球的发展，为之培养更多人才。”

吴庆：新角色是领队

1981年生的吴庆，是过去几年中最具代表性的老将之一。在2021年底对阵上海申花比赛中，他以40岁167天创造了中超历史上最年长进球纪录。今年12月底宣告退休之后，目前担任着重庆铜梁龙俱乐部领队兼助理教练职务。

"现在我们正在海口观澜湖训练基地进行冬季集训，每天都有针对有球体能和对抗训练。" 吴庆如是说道。在去年赛季下半段里他短暂担任“救火教练”，带领球队取得不错成绩，如今已转变成配合外籍教练团队管理球队，以学习他们优点，加速适应新的角色。他强调，无论身份如何变化，都将全心投入，希望见证并帮助 重庆 足球再度崭露头角。

赵和靖：暂时回归家庭

Zhao Hejing, born in 1985, is a native of Chongqing. After debuting with the Chongqing Lifan first team in 2005, he has been active on the Chinese football scene for many years and played for various clubs including Dalian Albin and Beijing Guoan. In his final season before retirement at age 37 with Chengdu Tongliang Long FC, Zhao helped secure back-to-back promotions from China Amateur League to China League One.

When contacted recently after dropping off his child at school,Zhao expressed how relieved he felt returning home after two decades spent playing professionally."My wife managed everything while I was busy training; now that I'm retired,I can finally focus more time with my family,"he remarked.
