最近,中国U15国少队在欧塞尔进行了为期一个多月的拉练,让这群少年首次沉浸式地体验了一家拥有百年历史的欧洲足球俱乐部氛围。对此,我们专访了欧塞尔俱乐部投资人周云杰。他已经掌控该球队八年,并希望能为中国足球尽自己的一份力量,其中之一就是提供给国少队训练和比赛的机会。然而,对于何时能够引进中国球员,他也心存疑惑。
问:U14、U15国少队在欧塞尔进行了半个多月的拉练,你们提供了什么支持?
周云杰:我们负责落地后的接待工作,包括住宿、饮食、交通以及比赛场地等费用。这项计划筹备已久,自2016年收购俱乐部以来,我一直致力于为中国球员创造来法国训练和比赛的机会。今年终于得以实现,也离不开许多人的努力,包括来自中国足协的大力支持。作为一家中资管理的俱乐部,我认为这是我们的责任,同时也是我这个足球爱好者对推动中国足球发展的期待。
问:孩子们是否意识到了此次拉练的重要性?
周云杰:对于这些年轻球员来说,更应该关注他们对足球兴趣的发展及未来规划。在欧洲,由于职业生涯发展较早,无论是父母还是经纪人都会提前介入。而我国青少年相对缺乏这样的经验,因为国内市场环境尚不完善。我希望孩子们能更早接触职业化氛围,与国际上更加成熟地区的小朋友交流,比如说我们这次带来的大部分儿童都是第一次来到欧洲。同龄人在这里从小就参与联赛,有着良好的竞技思维,因此我们需要加快步伐,引导孩子进入这种节奏之中。
问:他们有观看法甲现场比赛吗?
>周云杰:<u>当然,他们观看过两个主场赛事并且都取得胜利,还通过电视看完另外两个客场赛事。他们很喜欢法国 足球 和 欧 塞 尔 , 我 觉得 在前五轮稍微欠佳之后,在随后的五轮展现出了不错状态,这是非常成熟 的 职业 联 盟 。></u>The main focus now is to adapt.; Question: During your eight years in charge of Auxerre, the club experienced promotion but quickly faced relegation. What lessons have been learned this time around?, Soon-Jie:, I am not a professional football manager or administrator, strictly speaking I'm an investor. Therefore my role has primarily involved participation rather than interference with management decisions. European professional football possesses its own history and culture along with established systems that cannot be easily altered. For the first three years after joining the club, I was mainly focused on learning about how things work here before gradually involving myself in budgeting player transfers youth training from year four onwards. I’ve mentioned previously that it wasn’t until halfway through our first season back in Ligue 1—after winter break—that I truly grasped what top-tier league competition entails. This current season should see us secure safety without repeating past mistakes as we effectively managed resources during last year's successful campaign when winning League Two title showed promising planning capabilities. (Q): How does budget allocation differ between Ligue 1 & Liqueue II? . -Soo Jie:: An example might clarify distinctions regarding funding structures within these leagues better! If say-bottom placed team earns €10 million via broadcasting rights then champion’s share hovers below €3m mark while those who win can expect upwards of€100+m revenue streams illustrating significant disparities existing! In terms operationally clubs’ objectives vary widely depending upon their positioning i.e some may prioritize developing players for sale over achieving immediate success hence creating contrasting strategies across both divisions!.
